About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities for new bridges and road projects, ensuring work is performed in accordance with project plans and schedules.
Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular safety briefings and inspections to maintain a safe work environment.
Direct and manage site workers, subcontractors, and equipment operators to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Review blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to ensure that construction activities align with design requirements.
Oversee the use and allocation of materials, equipment, and resources, ensuring proper inventory management and avoiding wastage.
Track project progress and report on site performance, identifying potential delays or issues and working with the project team to implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure that work is completed to the highest standards and in compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with engineers and project managers to resolve technical and construction challenges that may arise during the project.
Manage site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, material deliveries, and equipment usage records.
Liaise with local authorities and stakeholders to ensure that construction activities comply with Georgian building regulations and environmental standards.
